About our products Lumo sells girls' beauty and fashion accessories, including press-on nails, rings, bracelets, chains and washroom and personal care items. We make every effort to show our products and colours accurately, but colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Product sizes, materials and descriptions are shown on each product page. Please read them carefully before ordering. Orders When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. Your order is only accepted once we confirm it or ship it. We may contact you on WhatsApp or by phone to confirm your details. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing or stock error, suspected fraud or incorrect details. If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund. Prices and payment All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include any taxes where required. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna and bank transfer. For bank transfer, we will share the payment details with you on WhatsApp. Your order is processed after payment is received. We may change our prices at any time, but any change will not affect orders already placed. Shipping and delivery Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Delivery to the UK usually takes 7–15 working days after processing, and up to 21 working days during busy periods. Our products ship directly from our trusted suppliers, so items in one order may arrive in separate parcels. Delivery charges depend on the size and weight of your parcel, and we confirm them with you before your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Returns, refunds and your legal rights You can cancel and return an item for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, and you have a further 14 days to send it back. If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, you can report it within 30 days of delivery and we will offer a replacement or a full refund. For hygiene reasons, opened washroom and personal care items and applied press-on nails cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Please see our Refund and Return Policy for full details. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. Safe use of products Some of our products, such as press-on nails, nail glue and washroom or personal care items, may cause a reaction on sensitive skin. Please check the product details and ingredients, and do a patch test before first use. Stop using a product if you notice irritation. Keep nail glue and small items away from young children. Jewellery should be kept away from water, perfume and lotion to help it last longer. Using our website You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not try to damage, copy, hack or disrupt the website, or use it to send harmful or misleading content. We may restrict access to anyone who breaks these rules. Intellectual property All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Lumo or is used with permission.
